House was Perfect

The house was perfect! We enjoyed they layout and the extras like the hot tub and pool table. The only negative experienced by everyone who stayed with us was the beds, pillows and sheets. The sheets on the beds did not stay on the beds and everyone stated they had to get up in the night to put the fitted sheets back on. We will rent this place next year if available.

Location, Luxury and FUN!

Want a great place to stay and play in South Padre Island? We found it! My husband, daughter, her fiance and I had a blast last week. The home was clean, had lots of room for privacy and a sweet private pool and small jacuzzi. The garage has been converted to a game room with a large screen t.v. We were able to play pool, games and watch football! Highly recommend the home for its great location too! Only complaint - get new pillows for the beds (they were not very comfy).

House was perfect! Beach is so close it is amazing. Never had any reason to complain to staff but the little dealings I had with them, they were friendly, courteous, and professional. Will definitely rent from them again.

The house was great!! I was a little leary about having to walk to the beach but it was perfect. The backyard was very nice. The only complaint was the palm trees could've been trimmed up. They shed into the pool. Spi responded quickly when we requested a refill on the propane tank for the grill. We're definitely going to return next year. I think we've found our new “go to” place

SPIR has been the best rental company we’ve dealt with so far. Every call we made was responded to within hours. Some of the maintenance people had more follow through than others (hi Reggie), but all were professional and responsive. The company told us that they were happy to hear about improvements and suggestions, which was very refreshing. They didn’t treat us as complainers. Ken, the owner/tenant liaison, was able to get all the ancient TVs replaced with smart TVs. As the furniture is worn out and odorous, he is also working on getting replacements.. The house set up was perfect for us but the furniture, especially the bed mattresses and living room furniture, needs replacing. In short, caring and responsive company. Thanks for making our stay pleasant.

Such a beautiful house. Close to the beach and the heated pool was wonderful. We had to leave very early on the day of check out, and hated to go. We had a great time.

The service with SPI was fantastic, they sent someone out immediately each time we called. Overall it worked great for us, it had a lot of space, so we were not on top of each other. The kitchen was really nice and large. The location was great, a short walk to beach. We appreciated that.

This was our 2nd year to SPI for my annual Birthday Beach Trip....and our 2nd time booking with SPI Rentals. We absolutely loved the house and we have always been happy with the excellent service from SPI Rentals! They are so friendly and helpful from the minute you start to look at properties to book! Good Time!

We were impressed with online tour and how it helped us to start enjoying immediately.Everything we wanted was located within walking/bicycle distance. Bicycle path on Gulf Blvd was nice surprise. We really enjoyed having private pool. The whole place was very nice and well stocked. Suggestions of things to bring was spot on. SPIrentals was a gem with this property.

OVERALL: This was a great house in a great location! Literally steps away from beach access and a gas station with many necessities a block away! SPI was very professional to work with and I would stay here again! Very minimal on the things they could improve on. 1. Kitchen utensils. They had a great variety but only one spatula (metal). The hood fan wasn't working, and the hot tub is actually just part of the heated pool. Not a huge deal for us but might be to others. The house was clean and comfortable! It was a nice surprise to have a floating device for the pool and sand castle buckets and shovels for our use at the beach, located in the garage! Overall this was a great rental and we would definitely rent this place again!!

Excellent stay experience! Pool was in perfect shape, ready for use The pool light was out. We reported light not working and Staff took care of it that day. House was clean zinc waiting for us on our arrival Expect us to stay there next year. Love the house and lay out.

We had an amazing time for my mothers 70th birthday! It was nice to have a big kitchen and the garage. The bedrooms were the perfect size. The back area was so relaxing! I preferred the pool over the beach at times. Plan to book for winter!

Stayed here for 4 days - didn't want to leave! House was beautiful in a great location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Staff was super nice and informative, left us to do what we wanted but always available! A+++++++++++

Extremely Pleasant Stay

Location is perfect - beach access is literally across the street, and there are coffeehouses, restaurants/bars and convenience stores within a block. The home itself is spacious with excellent amenities and a large garage, which makes loading/unloading your luggage very easy. The best thing has to be the private pool/hot tub. We had a red tide concentration in SPI for the last 2-3 days of our trip that made the beach practically unusable, so we happily lounged, swam and grilled at the house without missing a beat. We'll be back.
