111 E. Huisache A is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor of a quintessential beach house! The condo has an exterior staircase that leads to the second level where your condo is located. The condo consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room provides seating around a large flat screen TV. Just off the living room, there is an open concept dining room and kitchen. The kitchen was recently renovated in 2021 and features stainless steel appliances, as well as ample counter space for preparing home cooked meals. A sliding door in the kitchen provides you with access to the upstairs deck that overlooks the shared heated pool! The large deck has an outdoor dining table and is equipped with a propane grill for enjoying cook outs. Back inside, you will find the Master bedroom, equipped with a King size bed and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has an attached private bathroom. Guests have the choice between two additional bedrooms on this floor, one with a King size bed and the other with two Queen beds. Between the bedrooms is a shared guest bathroom.
