Three full baths make it easy for families or groups to settle in, whether you're getting ready for a beach outing or winding down for the evening. Living spaces Inside, you’ll find a welcoming living area with streaming TV and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day out. Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or catching up on emails. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help keep the temperature comfortable year-round. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a dining table suited for shared dinners and conversation. ID Required. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. As a result, neighborhood beach access has been closed. There is public beach access with parking on the north side of the Matanzas Inlet. We rent to families and responsible adults only.
