The first floor features a private guest suite complete with a full bathroom and kitchenette. Guests here can step directly outside to a fenced side yard, where an outdoor shower offers a convenient way to rinse off after time by the water.

Living spaces
On the second floor, the open living area brings everyone together. An HDTV, indoor fireplace, and built-in shelving create a relaxed ambiance, while the private balcony offers ocean views and a peaceful spot to enjoy the breeze.
