Living space
The open layout creates an easy flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it simple to gather, relax, or enjoy a shared meal. A large sectional offers comfortable seating, while the dining table accommodates up to eight guests. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable year-round, and HDTV and Wifi provide entertainment and connectivity.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. With a full set of appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, you can cook with ease and enjoy meals together at the dining table or out on the patio using the BBQ grill.

Sleeping arrangements
This home features three bedrooms designed for flexibility and comfort. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom offers a full bed with a trundle, while the third bedroom features bunk beds with two full beds. Two bathrooms are available, including the ensuite and a second full bathroom off the hallway. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private patio or balcony area with seating and a grill, ideal for relaxed evenings or casual outdoor dining.

Community and location
Located inside the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC), guests have access to the community pool, Tot Lot, and scenic nature trails. Lake access is available via nearby paths, and you are just minutes from the Atlantic coastline, local restaurants, and attractions. hey can book their own tee times at the TPC course or at The Yards (they also have tennis/pickleball available to book). There is no designated beach access for any properties within TPC.
