WATERS EDGE - 95 Ocean Isle West Blvd. - This West End house is on the narrow peninsula, which gives these homes access to both the ocean and the sound side. It features four bedrooms and four and a half baths on two levels. On the main level, there's one bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have one queen in each; and one has two singles. The additional dens have additional seating and TV. The dining room has a large harvest table with benches and two chairs. The enormous great room and gourmet kitchen will make it a pleasure to host a family reunion. Amenities include salt water private pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, two dishwashers, microwave oven, ceiling fans, blender, Graco Pack 'n Play portable playard, two booster seats, iron/ironing board, regular coffeemakers, blender, Kitchen Aid mixer, Food processor, and secured guest Wi-Fi network. The floor to ceiling windows and all-around view will make you think you're on your own private island. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. NOTE: The owner has requested that the 3:00 o'clock check-in be strictly enforced. There's to be no early check-ins to this property.This property has keyless entry. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. DUE TO THE DEVASTATING 2021 HOUSE FIRE ON THE WEST END:No charcoal grills will be provided NOR ALLOWED.No gas grills will be provided. If renters choose to rent a gas grill, ALL GRILLING MUST BE DONE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE AND DECKS. NO GRILLING WILL BE PERMITTED UNDER THE HOUSE. Effective 2022, there will be a dedicated outlet, away from the house, for charging golf carts and EVs. THESE VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER THE HOUSE DURING CHARGING OR STORAGE. Thermal sensors have been installed as a "fire alert system" under the house. These sensors are monitored and direct notifications to the fire department will be dispatched if the situation arises.
