Property Description
WISHING WHALE - 197 East First Street - This second row house features five bedrooms and five and a half baths on two levels, and it's conveniently built on a reverse floor plan for maximum ocean views from the main living area upstairs. On the first floor, one bedroom has a king bed and TV, one has a queen, one has two double beds, and the fourth has two sets of bunk beds. This level also has a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and TV. Upstairs, there's the kitchen, dining room and main living room, along with the master bedroom with a king bed and TV. The dining room table seats ten, and there are six stools at the bar for additional seating.
Amenities include: a brand new, state of the art elevator 2021, private pool now with available heating for an extra charge, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, a 52" HD TV in living room, DVD and blu-ray players, and secure Wi-Fi. The gourmet kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, convection oven, and granite countertops. All bedding is Serta Perfect Sleeper with Euro-top mattresses. The are two covered decks with brand new Trex decking 2021. The street side deck invites you to sit and enjoy the ocean views. This house is located almost directly across from the Leland Street beach access.
This house has keyless entry.
Although this house will rent for partial weeks in the off-season, before June 4 and after August 14, there's a three-night minimum stay required. This property does not have an outside golf cart outlet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED

The house is nice and we have enjoyed it for about 5 years. We rented A Deck for years which had nothing except being ocean front. Our grandchildren enjoy putt putt. However, the beach is enjoyed by all and out main focus. Pool is nice and used a lot.-- Sally, Lexington, VA
