Totally Refurbished in May of 2005! Everything in condo is brand new! Bright colored fun/fish theme. Would be considered a Platinum on a rental program. Tile Flooring. Corian counter tops in kitchen.
You will not find a nicer condo!
Ground floor Gulf front unit on Okaloosa Island. Walk right out to the beach. No steps to climb. No elevators to wait on. Patio area outside. Barbeque grills . Boarded dune walk over. Pool. Large fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you will need. Ice maker refrigerator. Microwave, coffe pot, toaster, pots and pans - dishes -iron, ironing board. Bedroom has a private bath and there is also a bath in the hall. TWO Queen sized sofa beds in living room. Two TV's and
VCR/DVD's and a new stereo/cd player. Washer and dryer in the unit. You will love the large kitchen bar. This is not a high rise condo but a smaller complex of only 27 units.If you want a quieter friendly type atmosphere without crowded beaches you will love my condo!
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. I provide beach towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper products. I also provide you will movies, games and joy sticks for the kids.
