Vacation Rental DescriptionDestin West Resort is Located on Magnificent Okaloosa Island in the Panhandle of Northwest Florida. The Bay side features an Oasis of pools & Optic Lighted Lazy River Lagoon with on site tubes for floating & playing, Two luxury Spa Hot tubs at the pool area, Heated pool with waterfalls plus 3 additional pools. The Destin West Pool Project received the Grand International Award of excellence for design and construction in 2005! The Emerald Gulf Side features a Large Gulf side pool, A Childrens' Water Garden playground, showers, restrooms, 4 miles of private beach, beach chairs & umbrellas & much more. L-04 is a "Beautiful" New Condo in the Osprey Building Located on the Lanai Level (first floor of condos). The L-04 condo has the following: Master bedroom has a King Bed with Large private bath, walkin closet, Large TV, pvt. entrance onto the Deck Guest bedroom has Queen Bed with private half bath, Large TV and walk-in closet Second Guest Bedroom has Queen Bed, Large TV, joins second Pvt Bath and walkin closet The condo has a Full size kitchen Fully equipped The living Room is large with a Queen size sofa sleeper, comfortable chairs, large Screen TV with stereo system. The condo has a dining table that seats 6 and 4 chairs at the bar. The laundry room has a washer & dryer for the convience of our guest. From the living room you can step out onto the deck where you have a table, chairs & lounges. This overlooks the Optic lighted Lazy river lagoon, Pools, the Emerald Bay & intercoastal water way. The condo has a private enclosed garage with a private entrance to your condo. Also, there is a private 4-6 person hot tub jacuzzi on the lower deck and private ags grill just for you! There is Deep Sea Fishing Trips, Shelling & Surfing. The Big Kahuna water Park is close by and the Gulfarium is across the street. Also, The convention Center is located 1/4 mile down the street.
