THIS IS A SECOND FLOOR CONDO WITH A FANTASTIC VIEW. Gulf Dunes is one of the newest Condominium Facilities in the area, and is just a Few Minutes from Downtown Destin. You will be within walking distance to many inviting areas such as the Fishing Boat Harbor, Restaurants, and Shops. This Beach Front Property is accented with Tennis Courts, a Private Gym, two Heated Pools, and Protected Natural Dunes.
Unit 114 is located above the covered parking area and is directly over one of the 2 pool decks. (The covered parking is for permanent residents only, and is not included with unit 114)
Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise.
This is a "NO SMOKING" unit which will sleep six people. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed. There are Two Single Bunks in the main hall, and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the den. There are TV's, DVD Players, a VCR and a CD-capable Stereo. The Full Kitchen is equipped with the Latest in Appliances...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.
The balcony is equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach. You will also be close enough the the Pool to easily communicate with those of your party who are on the Pool Deck.
Enjoy breathtaking Sunrises and Sunsets from one of the Cleanest and Most Unspoiled Beaches in all of Florida.
