Enjoy all the beauty that New Hampshire has to offer with easy access to the Highway Rte 93 and only 35 miles from Boston, Massachusetts. Enjoy kayaking with the two included kayaks and fishing right from your own dock. The property is located in New Hampshire's golden triangle famous for its tax free shopping! With super malls in all directions and on the same lake as the famous Canobie Lake Theme Park you are sure to find plenty to do and see. This is a great base for sightseeing all that New England has to offer. Walk the Freedom trail, eat in Boston's North End and catch a few shows. Then relax on the lake or the extra large deck. NH sights including the Flume, Lost River and Ruggles Mine. Fall leaves are spectacular around the lake starting in October and winter skiing is within an hours drive at Pat's Peak or Gunstock. Lake Winneapsaukee is also within an hours drive.

Use of a Kayak is included and there is a dock which you share with the owner who keeps his speed boat moored there and who has been known to give rides to tenants in the past. Canobie Lake is a water supply with a prohibition on swimming. Neighbors may be seen swimming all around the lake so it is at your own risk if you get a ticket, but water skiing is definitely not tolerated by any neighbors so the lake stays calm and quiet. The best beach to swim at is the town beach on Cobbets pond which is within a couple of miles of the house and includes a sandy beach with a life guard, parking and facilities etc. Also the ocean and Boston etc are all less than 1 hour away.
Skiing Information: Nearest skiing is with 20 minutes but the major resorts are within an hours drive.
Golf Information: Two 18 hole courses within 5 miles and a 9 hole golf and driving range within 1/2 mile Mini Golf within 2 miles.

Only 35 miles from Boston MA and right on the same lake as Canobie Lake Theme Park. This home has excellent Highway access to Rte 93 Exit 3 within 1 mile of the home. Near tax free shopping malls and within an hour of the seacoast and the water park. Surrounded by rural beauty but within easy access to all the major sights. The beautiful sandy town beach on Cobbets Pond is only 2 miles away with parking and refreshments.
