This Non-Smoking, 3,300 Square Foot Carriage House is on three levels with a Bedroom and Bath on each Floor consisting of a King, Queen , Six Single & and Two Double Futons in the Living Area Beds. Fifteen Persons can sleep very comfortably and every bedroom has a T.V. and DVD Player.
Two Floors have working Fireplaces with Gas Logs. On the Middle and Lower Floors there are Full Kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher and Free Standing Icemaker.
There is a Washer/Dryer, Jacuzzi Tub, Two Wet Steam Rooms and a Dry Sauna.
The View from the Living Area is Fantastic through the Floor to Ceiling Glass Windows. Your eyes will be in awe looking at Three Swimming Pools, Spa and Waterfalls, All Beautifully Landscaped.
Each Floor also has its own H/A System, plus Ceiling Fans. There is a covered deck/porch on the Lower Floor with a Great Gas & Charcoal Grills for Barbequing.
Lots of Parking Area with Sports Court for Basketball Practice. Trails through the Woods for Nature Walks. All this Joins Stone Mountain State Park with its entrance only about a mile away away with all its Amenities.
Special Occasion one-day rate for use of lower floor, all pools, basketball court & grills. includes lower inside floor kitchen, sauna, steam bath, toilets, outside shower, half bath, hot tub & three swimming pools.
Basketball courts, and lots of off street parking. Two large bar-b-que grills, one propane & one charcoal. Lots of chaise lounges and chairs around pools and lower porch.
Landscaped with many varieties of flower and shrubs. one day parties are restructed to a 12 hour time period, unless overnight guests from the party are registered in the Carriage house then only outside music must be turned down to a low volume & outside flood lights turned off, the pool light may be left on.
All rates are plus 10% tax and departure cleaning fee of $100-200 dollars depending on the size and type of occupancy. Click on logo below for reservations, we accespt VISA or MasterCard and require 50% deposit and balance in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy |

| We require a non refundable deposit of 50% at time of booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation insurance is available for an extra 6% which is only payable in extreme emergencies. Excessive clean up or damage will be charged to your credit card or billed to you for our actual cost. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. |
