The bright, fully equipped kitchen has new appliances, cookware essentials to make mealtime a breeze, and a delightful breakfast nook with seating for four. The adjacent dining room table seats six guests and offers breathtaking backyard pool views with lush palm trees. This home offers a split floor plan to ensure each guest has a secluded place to rest. Were confident guests will love falling asleep to the sounds of the lush landscape swaying and will find comfort in the fresh, crisp white bedding. On one side is the primary bedroom with a luxurious King bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a perfect retreat where you can rest and rejuvenate. The other side of the home is where youll find the two guest rooms with a smart TV and hallway access to the second bathroom with a shower and tub combination. You can find a new washer and dryer in the garage, and additional beach towels are in the linen closet. The Pink Bungalow is ideally located within walking distance to Pine, Avenue, where you can shop the boutiques and enjoy fresh ice cream and local delicacies at the many excellent restaurants. For further exploration, hop on the free trolley and visit historic sites and the islands beautiful beaches. -There are no pets allowed in this home. 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
