The rental experience was good but the property was not as nice as other units we have stayed in previously at The Palms. The weather was rainy and cloudy, which did not help.

First time staying at The Palms, 6th time renting from Garrett Realty. Once again, Garrett provided exactly what is expected and a perfectly clean spot. A5 is spectacular. Traveling with a toddler this unit is the best! Great lawn for child to play on tight outside the unit, all while looking at the best beaches in the south. Will book again and again and again. Beach chair service was great! Cribconnection.com was seamless and clean. Could not have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy family time for a week. Sunset walks were the perfect way to end everyday at this perfect location. Thank you

We love this property and have stayed at 4 different units and in this one twice. This year I was a little disappointed in the cleaning service. The bathrooms were not as clean as they should be. Other than that, it was great

Last year we stayed on the 3rd floor. Like this unit way better! We love the location of the unit especially with a toddler! So convenient for beach and pool without all the stairs. Unit was comfortable. I would suggest a few more kitchen utensils (rubber spatulas) and some black out curtains in the bedroom since there is the light outside the window. We will definitely stay in this unit again!

My husband and I had a wonderful week vacationing in Florida. We found the Psalms and unit A5 to be a great find. It is comfortable, close to the beach, and along 30A is a fun place to be. We hope to be back. One of our best vacations ever.

Condo was comfortable and pleasing in its decor. Could have used a few more kitchen items- kitchen shears? Greatly appreciated the washer and dryer and having wi-if. Gorgeous ocean views.
