Property Description

Just a few steps from the award winning ski trails of Bretton Woods, this Presidential View home is the newest ski-in ski-out to join our program, giving you an opportunity to spend a few days at this coveted development located slopeside right below Bretton Woods' West Mountain Chair. 

Whether you park in the attached heated garage or the 2 driveway spots, you will be welcomed by the convenient mudroom, with a laundry area and ample space for your gear. From there, you walk into the gorgeous main living area, with an open concept floor plan featuring a chef's kitchen with double oven and 6 burner range and a beautiful living room with cathedral ceiling and accented by a stone wood-burning fireplace, TV and telescope. Soak in the stunning views of Mount Washington and the Presidentials, whether inside or on the spacious deck, where you will also find a convenient gas grill. Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a separate formal dining room with seating for 6, a desk, and a half bath is available for convenience.

Head upstairs to find a beautiful primary bedroom with a deck to soak in the stunning views, a gas fireplace to cozy up to as you head to sleep, a TV, and a beautiful bathroom with double sinks, a beautiful soaking tub, and a separate shower and toilet area. A spacious walk-in closet completes the bedroom suite. Two additional bedrooms on this level feature queen bed and their own private bathrooms, for maximum comfort and privacy.

The lowest level of the home features more living space, with a TV area, accented by a cozy gas fireplace, plus a shuffleboard (and coming soon, a foosball table). It's a great place for the young ones to hang out! Two additional bedrooms on this level accommodate guests in a queen bed, and a Twin/Full and Twin bed setup, respectively. A bathroom is available on this level, as well.

This home also features a private hot tub located on the lower level deck, heated floors, and a generator to keep the lights on. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee. No other pets allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: This home does not have AC. Our climate is mild and AC is generally not needed, especially during the night time hours. Fans are provided for your comfort. There is an outdoor hot tub, but it is currently inoperable. 

*Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), parking limitations (2 vehicles in driveway, others at overflow), no trash left outside must be followed. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Short Term Rentals affect the neighbors and communities around them. We must do our duty to protect our local residents, our owners, our homes and the communities around us. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. We appreciate your understanding and your help, so that we can continue offering these amazing lodging options and ensure everyone has a enjoyable experience!  

-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am.  Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee. 
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds.  Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.  
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property.  A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.  
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
