Our only comparison property is Guld Dunes. Pelican was similar although we had a couple surprises. I commented to my wife that I liked the coffee cups on the counter but then looked at them and found they hadn't been washed, moldy. The master was a bit small but to be fair, our Gulf Dunes location was a 2 bedroom.

We have stayed at pelican several times and have been coming here since 2001 this is the first time on the first floor and we actually like it the condo was equipped with everything we could ask for and more, it was very clean and homey

The condo was very nice and clean. Beautiful view and proximity to the beach was excellent, the only negative was space to unpack was non existant. There were two very small bedside tables in bedroom, no dresser or place to unpack your clothes. Bed in bedroom was very comfortable but you could barely move around because the base for the bed was so large. I would suggest some changes in bedroom furniture. Also closet space was taken up by a very large storage bin in the closet.

Stay at 107 Pelian Isle 2021-09-25

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed many times at Pelcan Isle and will do so again. This was our first stay in 107. Both of us complained of our backs each morning. Both the mattress and bed pillows need replacing. We used additional pillows from the bunk beads to help us. There is very little place to store clothes or toiletries. The bed in the master bedroom took up most of the space and it was tight getting around it. And the tv in the bedroom was on a plant stand. The cable box was hanging off the plant stand when we arrived--not very big nor secure for a tv.
We had most of the basics and still enjoyed being at the beach.

Unit 107 is under new ownership and will be undergoing many improvements in the following weeks, future improvements will include vanity sinks with drawers and/or shelving for toiletries, tile floors in lieu of carpet, and an upgraded kitchen (all in due time). Was so easy to book! Super easy on arrival! No need to even go to the front desk! Everyone was very informative and at our fingertips. The condo was very clean and nice. It was spacious and had everything we needed!

The atmosphere was before like a place away from home.. Room 107 was a nice view...love the furniture..but couch was a rough sitting felt like it was wore out... the love seat was great sitting..

It was a beautiful and much needed trip for Hubby & I. Cane to celebrate our Granddaughter’s 12th Birthday. The Condo was very nice and cleaned and it smelled good. Kudos to Housekkeping! The water view of the Gulf was spectacular!

The unit was clean and well equipped. The furnishings were nice, comfortable and clean. There were a couple of maintenance issues that I noticed and notified them about...nothing that was a huge deal, walls needing cleaned, cabinet/closet doors needing maintenance and batteries needing changed in the remote controls. I enjoyed having chairs and an umbrella set up daily on the beach.

Beautiful emerald green water and sugar white sand beaches were amazing to walk and play in. An even better view from the air conditioned comfort of this wonderfully decorated condo. Plus being able to enjoy the fireworks of Fort Walton Beach and all the others up and down the shore line made this a trip to remember.

condo has a beautiful view of the beach. It was clean and it had everything we needed. the only little problems were that the bed was too bulky (the frame) for the bedroom, but it was comfortable. The bathroom sinks had hardly any room to place things like toothbrushes, hairbrushes, etc. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Pelican Isle 107 was perfect for us. I wish the mattresses were a bit more come, but otherwise, it was just what we thought it would be. The washer/dryer was so handy. Our patio view was perfect.
