Property Description

Lake Haven Lodge in Wilkesboro is a beautiful lakefront log home with a private boat launch on Kerr Scott Lake. The boat launch is just half a mile from the gated community entrance. You can then keep your boat on the dock for the duration of your stay. Lake Haven Lodge is located just 25 minutes from Boone and offers a 5-bedroom plus large loft, 4-1/2 bath cabin that can accommodate up to 16 people.


This home has 5 separate lounging spaces, including:
- the living area with vaulted ceilings and a wall overlooking the lake.

The main floor features vaulted ceilings with wood floors, a stone wood-burning fire place, and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. The fireplace in the living room is open from both sides. Additional seating can be provided near the kitchen or TV. The kitchen, which is well-equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, is located next to the living area. The dining room has seating for eight (8) people, with additional bar seating for another four (4).


The main floor master suite has a king-sized bed, TV and sliding glass doors that lead to the deck with a view of the lake. The master bedroom has a private ensuite with a jetted tub, a separate steam shower, dual vanities and a toilet. The second king-sized bedroom has a private ensuite and there is also a twin bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The loft also has a queen-size pull-out sofa. The lower level of this cabin has two (2) bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed with bunk beds. Both share a bathroom.


On the lower level, you will find a custom-made log-pool table, surrounded with tongue-and groove walls and ceilings, wood floors and windows. The downstairs area has a large wall-mounted television for watching sports or movies. Shortly after leaving the property, you will find a private boat dock at Kerr Scott Lake where you can fish, swim, and enjoy boating.
