The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bath. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed as well, and the second guest bedroom has two twins. Each bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV. There is a pull out couch in the living room, however the home is licensed for six including all children.
Large gas grill with a side burner suitable to fry your catch outdoors. Boaters have a 60' step down dock (with 50 amp electric and water), fish cleaning table, bait freezer, and ice maker. The home sits on the shady side of 4th Street so you can clean your catch in the shade at the end of your afternoon out.

Rates starting at $1750/wk, $1,950 all holiday and lobster weeks. $6500 per 4 weeks, $150 cleaning, $35.00 booking fee and 12.% taxes. The $500 damage deposit is refundable.
