Casa Del Sol is a truly magical place. It sits at the edge of Vaca Cut, offering fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and immediate boating access. The outdoor area flows out from the patio to the pool deck and beach, then onto the tidal pools, and finally to the dock. The "Vaca Cut" is a body of water that moves quickly from incoming tides to outgoing tides. Fish of all kinds move through this fast-moving water, making fishing from the dock a great experience!

If you're not a boater, or an angler, you can still enjoy the freshwater pool. Or you can relax on the beach that surrounds the saltwater tidal pools and watch the constant influx of sea life that is in the lagoon. This property is unique because of the incredible experience it offers. Enjoy the sunset colors to the west as you toast the end of a great vacation in the Keys. The tiki torches will also turn on when the sun sets.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a great layout with the living spaces on the first floor along with the Master Bedroom Suite and screen porch. Two guest bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a hall bathroom and a den area. The sofa chaise can be converted into a bed.

The interior of the home has been recently refreshed with new colors and flooring in soft shades of blue and gray. New interior doors, interior lighting, and new hardware have all been installed to create a modern, clean look. The guest bedrooms have been updated with new furniture. One now has a king-size bed and beautiful eclectic furnishings, and the other is a queen-sized bed with coastal style furnishings. Other new appliances are coming, including a stunning stainless refrigerator. The guest bedrooms have new TVs (streaming only), while the master bedroom and living room TVs are equipped with Xfintity and streaming capabilities.

The living rooms are open with a couch and loveseat for TV viewing, and swivel chair for entertainment. There is also a 50" flat screen TV, Bose audio system, and DVD player. The kitchen has a bar with seating and a table for dining within a few steps. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.

The sliding glass doors create a window wall with water views across the waterside living area and open up to the screen porch. The screen porch is the width of the house and provides a place to dine outside or relax while enjoying the view of the water and pool. The pool deck is accessed by stairs at each end of the porch. The pool is 29' long and 11' wide, with a rock-spouting fountain.

The boat lift, which is a four-post lift, is available to guests. It will allow you keep your boat out the water when it is not in use. The boating access to the Gulf or Ocean is unbeatable. A dive shop with bait and tackle, fuel and other supplies are just minutes away.

The Vaca Cut Bridge has a clearance of approximately 12'. The guest must sign a lift agreement before using the lift.
