Property Description
Quiet street in mid Marathon. Three bedroom, two bath home with a sister home next door for larger parties (4 bedroom 3 bath, MA847).
King size bed in the master with an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 twins. There is also a pull out couch in the living room for an extra guest.
Hi speed wireless internet service, 3 TV's that are satellite.
The outside has a large dock with water, fish cleaning table and a bait freezer. There is also a garage for storage, that is where the washer and dryer are located.
Basic home that is very clean and neat. Dock is 75' long.........Owner does not want more than 7 including all children.
$1300/wk, $1700 all holidays and lobster weeks, $5,000 for 4 weeks
$150 cleaning, $35 booking fee, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit.
