Easy, breezy, and Keysy!! Coral Lane is a tropical and cute half duplex featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a POOL! Close to all that Key Colony Beach offers! The spacious Master Bedroom features a King Bed, flat screen television and an ensuite bathroom. The guest room is also a King-sized bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. The living room has a Queen sleeper couch and overlooks the canal. Dishwasher, blender and Keurig in the well-equipped kitchen!
The private pool deck has comfortable lounge chairs that are perfect for sunbathing. Swimming spa pool is perfect for a quick dip after a day on the water. You can walk to Sparky's landing or Cabana Club. A covered parking space and an additional parking spot off-street, fenced pool area with 40 feet deep water dockage, canal front, and a fenced parking area! A great property for the price! Small dogs may be accepted. $150 pet fee.
