The main level has a storage area with a rod holder and ice box to store all your recreational gear while you come and go throughout the day. The seawall features a large fish-cleaning station, multiple hose connections, electrical outlets, and lights. Great location near shops, bars and restaurant. Relax on the deck or patio of the main level, where friends and family can gather to grill their catch of the day. Enjoy a few cocktails or reminisce about the day's adventures. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom also has a queen. The living room has a pull-out couch for an additional guest. Three TVs, central air conditioning, washer/dryer and high speed wireless internet. Gas grill available for your enjoyment. The only closet in the master bedroom is the one in the master dresser. Please note the shut-off valve for the dock water is located below the A/C unit (blue valve) on the N.Side of the house.
