Brand new single family home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 30' dockage assigned, and a 11 x 22 private pool that can be varying in depth from 3.5' up to 5'. 2293 square feet. Beautiful views with balconies that capture the breezes and views. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers. The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the main floor, there is a junior suite with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 3rd, 4th and 5th bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. The 5th bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle under them to accommodate 3 children. There are six TVs (the living room has cable and the others are hooked up to Netflix, Hulu etc), high speed wireless internet, gas grills, fish cleaning tables. The City of Marathon allows a maximum of twelve people, including all children. All of these units are brand new and have been beautifully furnished with everything that you need for your vacation. Quartz counter tops and a waterfall island with seating. Dry bar entertainment area. Very serene! Fish cleaning table, waterfront gazebos, whips for your boats, very tranquil!
