A wonderful location on the Gulf of Mexico! Sunsets are abound in this home. Beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with large living and dining area. The main level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (both queens, with tropical decor). One bath is for the hallway and/or bedroom on the left. On this level, you will also find the kitchen, dining area and living room. The upstairs boasts two master suites, each with their own patio and a king-size bed. The main level opens onto a large covered terrace overlooking a 15x26 swimming pool with putting greens, a wading area, and teeming water. Bring your putters to practice. Two master suites are located upstairs, each with a king-sized bed, private bathroom and private deck overlooking stunning views of the gulf. Deep water dockage with 4 dolphin pilings and a fish cleaning table. Please do not use piling 5 with the "no-trespassing" sign. The laundry room has a separate bait freezer. Great snorkeling in the Gulf and easy access to the Atlantic. Well equipped with 5 TVs (55" TV in living room), Small Stereo CD Player, Gas Grill, and 5 TVs. Hi Speed Internet Wireless Service.
If you pay in advance, pool heat costs $200 per week. If you request it upon arrival, the cost is $250/week. This is a great area for kayaking! !
