Welcome to Boozie's Bungalow located at 131 South Island Square, St. Simons Island.
Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this beautifully decorated and newly updated private end unit within the gated complex Island Square. Location, what do you want? Island Square is just minutes from St Simon's round-a-bout, next to the internationally known BBQ joint Southern Soul. Winn Dixie and CVS are all within walking distance. Demere Grill, Starbucks and shopping are also nearby. By car or bike, you can reach the pier village within minutes.
Boozie's Bungalow has two bedrooms, two and a quarter baths, as well as a nice patio to hang out on. There is another entrance through the laundry for easy removal of sandy, wet towels and beachwear.
The living room is spacious, welcoming and comfortable. The dining table can comfortably seat six people. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en suite bath. The guest bedroom features twin beds with an en-suite bathroom. This condo features 1 TV, a washer and dryer, and a covered patio.
The Island Square complex features a nice swimming-pool with access to a bathroom, a community grill, and a fitness centre.
Boozie's comes with 3 beach chairs, shovels, sand molds, and a boogieboard. Check out the original artwork "Sea Turtle with Barnacle!"
NOTE: Fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

A great place to stay. It was very comfortable and cozy it had everything that we needed. We were able to bring a little dog with us which made it even better. Even though it's not walking distance to the beach it was very convenient to everything.
