Close proximity to a boat launch, plenty of room for parking so no need to unhitch your boat every day, a fish-cleaning station and even a fry station to prepare your fresh catch! The public boat ramp is conveniently located less than 300 yards away for easy river access. Convenient to the Cumberland Sound, Brickhill River, North and South Jetties, Christmas Creek and the Intercostal waterway, fishermen can try their luck for speckled trout, channel bass, sheepshead, drum, and striped bass. The less ambitious can fish, crab, or shrimp from the dock at Crooked River State Park. Need bait? Visit Crooked River State Park's North Star Bait & Tackle Shop.
