North beach park and its children's playground are only a few minutes away. Within minutes, you can enjoy waterfront dining in Aunt Kates or Cap's On The Water. St. Augustine is only 5 miles away. You can find shopping, trolley tours, foodie places, haunted tour, and more. St Augustine Amphitheater is home to concerts and farmers' markets. Zip-line Adventures at the Alligator Farm and Zoo. This two-story house has an open floorplan and four bedrooms. The Owners' Suite features a King Bed and Daybed, as well as a Trundle. It also has its own bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized mattress, while the third bedroom offers twin daybeds and trundles. The hall bathroom has a bathtub and is shared by bedrooms 2 & 3. The bunkroom can be found downstairs. There are 2 bunks. The bunkroom is located next to a bathroom with a walk in shower. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment, including a coffee machine. The home is pet friendly upon approval and a fee. See below. Disclaimer: Minimum age for renting the property is 25. Parking Spaces: Maximum two (2) spaces. According to county regulations, on-street parking will not be allowed. The County will ticket and tow cars that are parked incorrectly.
