The house is over 3000sf and sits back from the hustle of River Road with
100 feet of Guadalupe River frontage. Guadalupe Haus welcomes the
weekenders to the winter Texans. All the comforts of home including a
spectacular view of the most talked about river in Texas.
Sit on the covered balcony above the river and watch the tubers go ambling by or from the covered front porch watch the deer grazing.
What you will need to supply:
Your own linens including linens and towels.
We supply all the rest; two full size refrigerators, and
microwave. The
house has two living areas (one up and one down).
Telephone, BBQ pit
with smoker, cable (70+ channels). Full size
washer and dryer. SLEEPS UP TO 16.

Rates are subject to change at any time and do not

is a family atmosphere and All students must be
accompanied by parents.
*Winter Texans call for details the house can easily be
shared by two or
three couples. Two kitchens and two living areas.
RESERVATIONS: All rentals require 2 night minimum
stay 3 night stay on
major holidays.
All rentals require deposit of one nights stay.
Refund policy: There is a $75 charge for cancellations
made more than 45
days before check in date. There are no refunds for
cancellations within
45 days of reservation date. Balance due 14 days prior to check in NO REFUNDS.
Reservations not contingent upon availability or
condition of rivers or
water recreation facilities or weather.
Check-in 4 p.m., Checkout 11 a.m.
The following rules and conditions will be considered
misuse of property
and will cause loss of booking and forfeiture of rent.
1.Smoking is not allowed in house.
2. Pets are not allowed on the property.
3. Campfires and fireworks not allowed on the
property. 4. Exceeding the
maximum posted occupancy (16) is not allowed
otherwise subject to
$50/person.
5. RV's or tents on property are not allowed.

other. The Casa Grande Guadalupe sleeps 16, Cabana
Guadalupe sleeps 10. All water front in a park like
setting. Launch your tubes/canoe's from a small private
pier.
