We have three Gulf view, 3 bedroom homes all next door to each other, in a Beachfront Community with a boardwalk to the beach. We have 2 three bedroom houses next door to each other with a five minute walk to the beach.
Listen to the waves in this spacious three bedroom, two bathroom beach house in Port Aransas, that sleeps up to 12. This home is perfect for a quiet weekend for two, or comfortable enough for a family gathering of up to twelve.
The house is furnished in a beachy comfortable upscale style. The private boardwalk to the beach is just a few feet away, a beach access road and trolley stop are just around the corner. Close to all of Port Aransas amenities and the miles of beautiful beaches. View of the gulf from both decks and the upper deck is a great area to work on that tan. Lounge on the deck furniture and enjoy the balmy breezes and sounds of the sea. This Beach house is your best location for the yearly SandFest. The festival is located right across the boardwalk from this beachfront community. Great area for Winter Texans and Snowbirds.
This home has a large fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to feed your family in style. The two dining room tables seat 10 and there is a breakfast bar that seats three. The deck table and chairs seat four to six. Computer and wireless network for internet access.You can connect your laptop to the in-house wireless system. There is a VCR, DVD player, and CD player in the living area with Cable TV.
All the bedrooms have Cable TV and a TV and VCR. There are two queen beds in one bedroom, and one queen bed in another bedroom downstairs. Upstairs the 37-foot-long bedroom with Bathroom has four twin beds and one queen bed.
Be sure to bring a basketball as there is a hoop on the front of the house. Plenty of covered parking, and an outdoor shower and hose to wash off the sand. Arrangements for boat parking can be made by request.
Well-behaved pets will be allowed. The house is pet friendly for dogs on the second floor deck area which is secured with a gate from the steps so the pets are enclosed in an area.
