Security deposit of $500 at time of reservation to hold date, will be refunded within 14 days of return of condo keys and inspection. $100 application fee paid to the condo association. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Handicapped accessible by elevator. Our building is on the beach and our condo is a corner unit with a side balcony that has an unobstructed Northwest view of the gulf. Photos of gulf were taken from balcony.
Your days can be as full or free as you want them to be. Bonita Springs is on the Gulf Coast, nestled between Ft. Myers and Naples, which offers you so much to explore. You will enjoy shelling, golfing, dining, theatre, museums, water sports, shopping, dog races and the list goes on.
