Property Information
The Green House is close enough to the Beach to listen to the waves. Cute upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Port Aransas.This home is perfect for a quiet weekend for two, or a family group. The house is new and sleeps up to 10. The beach, a beach access road and trolley stop are just around the corner. Close to all of Port Aransas amenities and the miles of beautiful beaches. Walking distance to the beach, just around the corner from Sandcastle Drive on 11th Street, next to Banyan Beach Drive. The town, restaurants and all the fun activities are close by too. Lounge on the deck furniture and enjoy the balmy breezes and sounds of the sea. This Beach house is your best location for the yearly SandFest. The festival is located around the corner off of Sandcastle Drive on the beach. Great area for Winter Texans and Snowbirds.
There is a huge sectional sleeper sofa in the living room. A queen bed in the master bedroom with a private full bathroom with double vessels sinks. The bedroom wing off the kitchen has a bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a daybed and trundle, and another bedroom with two twins and a double size bed. There is a Cable TV with DVD/VHS player in the Living room, also TV's in the master and bedrooms. The linens and towels are all provided and are high thread count and high comfort. This home has a large fully equipped kitchen,with an island cook top and double oven, everything you need to feed your family in style. The dining room table seats 10 and there is a breakfast bar that seats two. There is wireless network for internet access so you can connect your laptop wireless system. There is a VCR, DVD player, and CD player in the living area with Cable TV. All the bedrooms have Cable TV. There is a new above ground pool on site for use for the three houses we have also listed on FindRentals.com. House number 16593 is on La Playa Circle and 19348, The Green House is next door to The Blue House.
Well-behaved pets will be allowed. Arrangements for boat parking can be made by request. Members of the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce. There is a 30 Day Cancellation Policy.
