Property Information
The lower level of the home features a gas fireplace, laundry room, and a large living space with a television and VCR, plenty of room to spread out, and cozy seating. There is a full bath and a bedroom with a double bed on this level. A sliding glass door offers access to the golf course. The main level of the home includes a large living space with a fireplace and television with a DVD, the kitchen, dining room with seating for eight, two bedrooms each with double beds and two full baths. Access the ample decks and enjoy the view from this level. Upstairs is the master suite with a queen size bed, full bath, and a loft area.

Winter Holidays and Weekends: $465/night
Winter Weekdays: $390/night
Spring, Summer and Fall: $390/night
Blue Ridge Getaways' rates include all towels, bed linen and full departure cleaning. If you need anything during your visit, we are always on call with maintenance or housekeeping services. We've tried to think of everything to make your vacation great!
For summer rentals complimentary access is included to the Chestnut Springs Pool and the Rhodes Farm Pool. Some properties include complimentary access to Lake Monican, the Blackrock Pool, and the Stoney Creek Pool.
Security deposits for holiday periods are not refundable in the event of cancellation. The applicable holiday periods are Martin Luther King Weekend, Presidents Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving and the entire period between December 20 and January 2.
We cannot control the weather and do not guarantee conditions at the resort. No weather related refunds will be issued.
