Water enthusiasts can choose between kayaking, snorkeling around the 100 foot private dock or lounging at the swimming pool. Families and large groups will love the large, open kitchen.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Check, Credit card

Check In: Check in at 3:00 pm

Check Out: Check out at 9:00 am

Required Stay: 7 days

Deposits: $500 per week, per property refundable security deposit

Lodging Tax: Florida accommodations tax 12.5%, boat rental tax 7.5%

Cancellation Policy: Guest who must cancel will receive their security deposit back less $100.00 booking fee once their time is re-rented.

Other Fees: Cleaning fee of $135.00

Other Policies: Pampered pets are always welcome for a $25.00 pet cleaning
