Holidays including 4th of July, Easter, Lobster Week, Mini-Lobster, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years have special rates. Please contact the office for rates.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Check, Credit card, barder

Check In: Check in time 3 pm.

Check Out: Check out time 9 AM.

Required Stay: 7 days, unit generally rents Saturday to Saturday

Deposits: $500 per property, per week.

Lodging Tax: Florida Lodging Tax of 12.5%, boat rental tax only 7.5%

Cancellation Policy: Security deposit will be refunded when the unit is re-rented, less $100.00 booking fee. The $100 can be applied to your next vacation with us.

Other Fees: Cleaning fee of $135 per property

Other Policies: Pampered Pets are always welcome! Boat rental available. Kayaks and snorkel gear on a first come first serve basis.
