The Great Room features a working fireplace and comfortable seating for reading, napping and watching movies on the cable TV or VCR. Here, too, are two dining areas that seat as many as 12 guests. Sliding doors open to the wrap-around deck with a 180-degree mountain view...a perfect place for enjoying long, memorable sunsets. Mountain View is in Excellent condition. Two phone lines for fax or modem, cable TVs, VCRs, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer are included.
Master Bedroom - Queensize bed; television; en-suite bath with tub-shower combination. Located on top level to capture magnificent views.
Bedroom 2 - Queensize bed; television. Shared hall bath with separate vanity and toilet areas; tub-shower combination. Located on first floor.
Bedroom 3 - One twin bed plus 2 bunk beds, with a single bunk on top and a sofa which turns into a double futon on the bottom - i.e., this room accommodates 5 guests. Television and VCR. Shared hall bath with separate vanity and toilet areas; tub-shower combination. Located on first floor.
Study - Queen Sofabed. Located on middle level. Shared bathroom.

Five to ten minutes from golf, StoryLand (small theme park open in the summer) and charming local restaurants. Thirty minutes from North Conway with more restaurants and outlet stores. Hiking, downhill and x-country skiing ten to thirty minutes away. Children are welcome.
Mountain View is ideally located for a multitude of summer and winter activities.

Skiing - 10 minute drive to Black Mountain ski area; 20 mintue drive to Attitash Mountain; 30 minute drive to Wildcat Mountain; 30 minute drive to Cranmore Mountain in North Conway; 40 minute drive to Sunday River in Maine & 5 minutes away from 152 km. trails for cross-country skiing.
Hiking & Rock Climbing - 30 minute drive to Pinkham Notch entrance to the Tuckerman and Huntington Ravine trails on Mt. Washington. Also, many closer and less challenging trails including one almost-flat trail along a beautiful creek and ending at a waterfall.
Golf - 5 minute drive to Wentworth Golf Club.
Dining - Wildcat Taverrn, Christmas Farm Inn and more in Jackson and North Conway.
Mountain Biking - 152 km series of trails nearby.
Shopping - Several outlet stores in North Conway.
