This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house in Port Aransas sleeps up to 10. This home is the perfect Port Aransas vacation rental for a quiet weekend for two, or a family group.
The endless beautiful Port Aransas beach is just a few steps away, with a Private Boardwalk to the beach on site. The house is located off of Sandcastle Drive, which is a beach access road. The new Arnold Palmer Golf Course in Port Aransas, minutes away, was opened in September.
Sit on the front porch on two rocking chairs or lounge on the upper deck, enjoy the balmy breezes, panoramic gulf views and sounds of the sea. This Beach house is your best location for the yearly SandFest. The festival is located on the beach just over the boardwalk. Great area for Winter Texans and Snowbirds.
The house is furnished in beachy mediterranean There is a King bed in the master bedroom with a full bathroom with a jetted bathtub and an antique dresser with a Talavera sink. Off the kitchen there is a half bathroom with pedestal sink. There are two more bedrooms, one with a queen and another huge bedroom with two twins and a double size bed. There is also a roll away double. This bedroom has french doors out to the upper deck. Relax and enjoy the view.
There is a TV in the Living room, and in all the bedrooms. Two of the TV's have front AV's to plug in and play video games. The linens and towels are all provided for your comfort. This home has a large fully equipped kitchen, everything you need to feed your family in style. There is a charming Spanish style dining area.
There is a charcoal BBQ Pit. Coolers and small BBQ available for check out to take to the beach. Video Library and games also available. Smoking is not allowed in the house however an ashtray is provided for use on the deck.
Well-behaved dogs are allowed. Please no more than two dogs, there is no extra charge for pets. Arrangements for boat parking at no charge, can be made by request.
Members of the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce. There is a 30 Day Cancellation Policy for Daily and Weekly Bookings. There is a 90 Day Cancellation Policy for Monthly Rentals
