This home sleeps extended families comfortably and there is still plenty of opportunity for privacy with the two separate living areas. Lighthouse Lagoon has a beautiful free formed heated tropical pool with lush private landscaping- very unique shape and presentation. The home has several outstanding places to sit and enjoy a good book or cold beverage. There are nice lounge chairs to catch up on all that reading you have been meaning to do. The yard is larger than most average yards so there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. New tropical landscaping weaves through the entire property. There is a recreation room with ping pong table, foosball table, dart board and flat screen HD TV. Lots for the entire family to do! Only a 1 minute stroll and you are over to Pine Avenue, shops and restaurants. The Anna Maria Pier is at the end of Pine Avenue; only a short 2-3 minute walk. You also will only be a short 5-6 minute walk over to the Gulf beach. What a combination of things for everyone in the family to enjoy!
