Nice and clean cabin, still feels newly built. Close to gym, pool and tennis courts. Very convenient to H2OBX, we went on a Saturday and even with the crazy traffic it took us less than 5 minutes. Flexible dates and number of days was a plus. Since we have to drive to the beach, we ended up exploring more of the area than when we rent by the beach. Downsides, very minimal kitchen supplies, bring you pots, knifes, bake were if you plan on cooking for more that two people, also spiders are an issue, mostly outside, deck and entrance we had to clean everyday

Overall great experience. Property matched the description. Very clean. Management company made the process very easy.
The only negative was the amount of spiders and bugs immediately outside of and somewhat inside the house.

The cottage was very beautiful, comfortable and clean. The only thing missing was window treatments in the common areas & loft. We enjoyed using the pool several days and the private beach was gorgeous. My husband and daughter took advantage of the golf course & putting greens through out the community. Even though it’s not in the OBX it was very close to everything, just a short ride away to the beaches & restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends & would come back again myself.

Very nice location. Property was very clean. Very spacious. I encourage property owners to add towel bars in restrooms. Although there are blinds in the bedrooms, I would have liked them in living room.
