Large bay front home with great waterfront views of the Island's sunrises, sunsets and everything in-between! A small property owners bay beach is located 2 lots away plus access to the large Gulf Beach is a brief walk away. Heaven's Gate is large and well planned with 4 bedrooms on 1st floor all with Queen sized beds, and a large 5th bedroom upstairs with 2 double sized beds and a private bath. Enjoy time spent soaking up the sun on the waterfront deck!

Amenities: Central heat/air conditioning, covered and open waterfront deck, phone, 2 Cable TV's, DVD, Wi-Fi, full size washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen includes all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, automatic drip coffee maker / toaster. Open deck and covered deck. Pet friendly, small dog only.

Bed sizes: 4 Queens, 2 Fulls. Linens not provided.

No smoking. Pet friendly with $125/per pet fee, limit 2, leash law strictly enforced. No cats allowed in home at any time - homeowner is allergic to cat dander. 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fee and $100.00 cleaning fee added to all reservations. Refundable $400 damage deposit required. Payment equal to one half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer season reservations. Please note: Wi-Fi service on the Island can be spotty and Wi-Fi consistency, connection speed or strength cannot be guaranteed.
