Mountain Mojo has now opened! Mountain Mojo has now gone live! This luxury 6BR 5.5BA vacation house has been recently renovated in an open, bright farmhouse-modern style. Mountain Mojo is situated on 11 acres of gently rolling terrain. All are easy to navigate and safe for kids. The area includes blueberry fields, an open meadow, and a creek that runs alongside one of the borders. The best place to see it is from the house. From the front patio, you can see the Banner Elk Winery. The winery next door offers a tasting as well as a delicious meal. The house has two levels. The main/upper level has a level entry on the side facing the driveway and parking area. The lower floor has multiple entrance options. All floors except one are accessible by a level entry. The attached garage is large enough to allow easy access to the kitchen and can accommodate up to two vehicles. It is easy to move around with the large gravel driveway. The main floor features an open-concept layout. The main level has a large open-concept living area, kitchen and dining area. Mountain Mojo’s great room features large, oversized Windows that allow for natural light to flood in and frame stunning views of the mountains. The open, large kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an apron front farm sink. The cabinets have plenty of storage and a custom-made stone backsplash. The central island features barstools. The central island has a table with 10 seats that is a banquet style. This allows for 14 people to be accommodated indoors. Wood floors and exposed beams combine rustic mountain warmth with bright and modern contrast. This is reflected by the paint color, lighting fixtures, and furniture. It creates an inviting, familiar, comfortable and appealing "farmhouse-modern" feel. On the main floor, there are 4 bedrooms. 2 of them are suites. There are also 3.5 bathrooms. The powder room/half bath is located near the kitchen and living room. The master bedroom is spacious. The master bedroom has a large King bed, a desk, a sitting room, and an HD Smart TV with a view of the mountains. The renovated master ensuite bathroom has a large frameless glass shower with a tiled floor and quartz vanity counter. The bathroom also features "His & Hers' sinks. The second suite on the main level has a queen-sized bed, an HD SmartTV, and a private bathroom. A second queen-sized bedroom comes with an HD SmartTV and a King bed. The King bedroom offers direct access to a full bathroom, and has mountain views. The lower level includes a large game room and den, with a shuffleboard and shuffleboard tables, a comfortable couch with a Queen-sized mattress, an HD Smart television, and an electric fire place. These features add warmth and ambience. On this level, there are two additional bedrooms. The large master bedroom features a King bed and Twin over Twin bunk beds. It also has an HD Smart TV, a sitting area, a private EnSuite bathroom, and a sitting area. The second bedroom on the lower level has a queen-sized bed and HD Smart Television. The queen bedroom is located on the lower level, next to the den, game room and second full bathroom. The large patio, which is open to the air, runs from the greatroom into the kitchen/dining area. It has a stainless steel gas grill and an 8-person teak outdoor dining table. The patio provides views of the mountains, valleys, acres of blueberry bush and acres upon acres grapevines. Two steps lead to the yard. The yard has a wood-burning fire place for guests to enjoy. Guests can also pick organic blueberries during harvest season from the many blueberry bushes. The creek that borders the property is located at the end of the meadow. Mountain Mojo provides WiFi internet, digital programming and Smart TV options on 8 HD Smart TVs. The central heating and air conditioning ensure comfort all year round. Mountain Mojo welcomes well-behaved dogs. Dogs must not weigh more than 50 pounds. Pet fees are charged at the standard rate. During your stay, your dog must be confined to a crate/kennel. Mountain Mojo offers privacy and plenty of space. It's still close to everything the High Country offers. Banner Elk's Downtown is less than 3 miles from the downtown. Many great restaurants, shops, and community parks are nearby. Alpine Wilderness Run is less than six miles away. Boone and the Appalachian State University Campus can be reached in under 15 minutes. BlowingRock is approximately 20 miles away. You'll find Appalachian Ski Mountain and the Tweetsie Railroad within 18 miles. Within 5-10 miles, you can go fly fishing, tubing, or kayaking. Many hiking, biking, and walking paths are available in the surrounding area, including downtown. Lower Level Bedroom with a Queen Bed (sleeps 2); Lower Level Den with a Queen Sleeper Sofa. You must be 25 years of age to book cancellation policy. You can cancel within 24 hours and receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival will not be eligible for reimbursement. If you have travel coverage, the reason for the cancellation is covered. You can get your money back in full.
