Property Description
Directly across the street from the 9 hole golf course in charming Key Colony Beach. Very spacious half duplex with an extra large master suite on the top floor (800 sq ft). The main level has the living area, a twin bedroom and a queen junior master suite with it's own bath. Both master suites have a trundle/day bed. In the master bedroom upstairs the trundle will convert to two twin beds for the kids. Three bedroom, extra large home! Hi speed wireless internet service, gas grill, large covered patio with lots of outdoor seating. This is a very charming home.
37.5' step down dock, fish cleaning table and bait freezer. Small storage on the ground floor for all your fishing equipment. Washer/Dryer, gas grill. Close to golf, tennis, and the children's playground. Cabana Club membership as well.
Please no pets and no smoking. Tenants have no use of garage.
Rates starting at: $1875/wk, $225 cleaning, $50 booking fee and $500 refundable damage deposit.
All holidays and lobster weeks are $2275/wk.... From $7000 per 4 weeks
