Large home close to Sombrero Beach.
Enjoy sunrises over the Atlantic from this 5 bedroom, 5 bath home one-quarter of a mile from beautiful Sombrero Beach. Bring the whole family to this large home with a splash pool (10' X 14') and separate hot tub overlooking the canal. The dock is equipped with mooring whips and will handle up to a 24' boat; there is no use of the boat lift. There is a fish cleaning table, bait freezer, hi-speed wireless internet, gas grill and separate hibachi grill, washer/dryer, and 5 TV's with surround sound in the Living Room and all are equipped with DirecTV service. Guests are accommodated in three King size bedrooms, one Queen bedroom , (all have ensuite bathrooms) and the kids room has trundle bed with two twins. The maisn master bedroom has a 6 jet waterfall shower. There is also a pull-out couch. Lots of parking with room for a large vehicle and trailer that doesn't interfere with the circle driveway.
Call for great Fall rates from 9/5 to 12/21 excluding Thanksgiving week. Regular prices are $3,200/wk, cleaning $350, booking fee $35, and 12.5% taxes. Refundable damage deposit: $500. All holidays and lobster weeks are $3,600/wk. Consecutive 4 weeks only $11,200.
Pool heat by request at $150/wk plus taxes.
