Our home is located on a beautifully landscaped corner lot, one lot off the ocean, is canalfront, and is across from the frequented Sunset Beach Park on 12th Street. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home comes with access to the members only Cabana Club. The home also is equipped with a TEC infra red gas grill, washer/dryer, Dockage (which can accommodate up to a 45 ft boat), 50 amp service, and water and fish cleaning table. There are 3TV's, the main living area tV is a 65" smart TV, stereo, wireless internet service, central heat and air conditioning, coastal furnishings. The private pool is temperature controlled with a heater ($200/wk add'l if paid in advance $250 on arrival) and there is lovely outdoor shower when you come out of the pool! The 10x20 screened patio off the living room offers views overlooking the canal, however the master bedroom balcony offers unobstructed ocean and sunset views. There are 2 other bedrooms - one has a king bed and the other has a queen and a twin w/trundle (Day Bed).
