Property Description

Legacy 202 is located in a gated 16-unit condo that offers stunning views of the beach. It is easy to walk to Seagrove's fine dining and snack places. You can also grill downstairs.

Only a short distance from the condo is the Legacy community, which offers private beach access. One of the pools is located beside a beach dunes, which makes it a beautiful space with comfortable lounge chairs. The condo building has an elevator. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

The living area has a 42-inch TV, a kitchen island that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 6. The entire space looks out to the balcony through the sliders.

The enormous balcony leads from the primary bedroom, which is a king size, to the second. This is a great place to begin or end your day. The hallway leads to the remaining bedrooms. The hall bathroom houses a queen-sized guest room. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects the queen-sized guest room to the double bunkroom.

You are just steps from the beach so we have included umbrellas and beach chairs, which are available seasonally, March-October.
