It is just a short walk from Eastern Lake and a beautiful stretch of white sand beaches. ECas is centrally located on 30a. It is a five minute walk from Old Florida Fish House, which is 2 miles east of Seaside. Rosemary Beach can be reached in about a 5 minutes drive. Deer Lake State Park is located one mile east of the house and offers hiking trails as well as more access the beach.

This home has a coastal cottage dining room, living room, and smart TV (no cable). A charming, well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space and bar seating is also located on the first floor. The kitchen also houses the laundry room and walk-in pantry. The master bedroom has a smart TV, and a full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Both share a full bathroom.
