This 2 story dream home, tiled throughout sleeps 10 with six twins, one queen, and one king.
The master is the only bedroom on the 2nd floor with the large gourmet kitchen, open living and dinner room. There is a full bathroom with an amazing multi-person shower inside the king master and there is also a half bath on this floor for guests.
The 2nd floor has 1 room with 2 twin beds and 1 room with 2 sets of twin bunks, these 2 rooms are separated with a jack and jill bathroom, shower only. There is also a large queen bedroom with a full bathroom, shower/tub combo. The laundry room and garage are also on this 1st entry floor.
Enjoy gatherings with a fully equipped kitchen/ family room where the whole group can gather and watch the game on a large 60 inch screen TV after a day on the beach. Enjoy the evening breeze with your favorite beverage on the wrap around deck, partially screened. Aransas Palms overlooks the pool and has a beautiful water view of the lagoon where fish, birds, and turtles like to play. Charcoal grill provided on concrete level only.
This home in Royal Sands has 2 community pools and a private boardwalk to the beach. You can drive your golf cart over the boardwalk to the beach! The beach mile marker is 39. Don't forget your beach towels and chairs! No smoking inside or on the back porches. ** Sorry NO PETS allowed!

This house was great for our group of 8 adults! Kitchen is enormous(even bigger than pics show) and very well equipped as we cooked and grilled several dinners. The community private boardwalk is less than 5 min walk to entrance from house. Still worth renting a golf beach cart to trek chairs, cooler, etc. to the beach. Location removed from center of town and quiet but only about 10 min drive to restaurants, ferry. WiFi reliable too for several folks had to connect for work. Would definitely rent here again. As previous reviewers mentioned , having a few extra bath towels would be nice. We had plenty of our own beach towels and there is a nice washer and dryer in the house also but with the humid environment bath towels don’t dry out very quickly.

The home is very well kept. Great kitchen fully stocked. Pool across street.Very comfortable stay. Don't need to take much of anything. Basic toiletries and food only. Great stay!

You get what you pay for and this gorgeous home was exceptional. It has one of the biggest kitchens I have ever seen. It was stocked with everything you need from a flat griddle, to a blender and mixer. The wrap around porch was tranquil. I would recommend renting a golf cart as it is a bit of a hike over the boardwalk and to the beach especially if you have have small kids or elderly folk. We took advantage of the swimming pool as well. It was clean and relaxing. What a beautiful home. We will be back.

This is the ideal gathering house for family reunions. The wrap around porch is perfect any time of the day. The back porch is great in the mornings and there is a delightful breeze on the shaded front porch in the afternoon and evening. There were plenty of dishes to serve our group of 20 since we forgot paper plates. The dining, kitchen area has lots of counter space for entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 types of coffee makers( filters for Mr. Coffee), crockpot, toasters, blender and pots and pans. I brought my own sharp paring knife, large chef knife and kitchen towels and sponge. Plenty of cleaning supplies. The garage had lots of children’s beach toys, body boards, a bicycle, a couple of beach chairs, swim noodles, and even a booster seat for a toddler to use at the table. There are also lots of board games for families to play. It is so close to the beach we walked every day and evening. If you have small children consider renting a golf cart to carry all your beach equipment.
