Property Description

Sea Therapy is your home! This charming coastal home is in a perfect location! This home on stilts is situated on a large, landscaped lot. A spacious master bedroom with King and a secondary bedroom with Queen. The third room has a bunk bed, King on bottom, Twin on top, and Twin on top with a Twin Trundle. Open living and dining area features vaulted ceilings. There are lots of windows that let in plenty of natural light. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze and the sounds of the palm trees blowing in the wind from the porch. The downstairs area is perfect for family and friends who want to spend some time together, or just for a relaxing day of BBQing. You can bring your boat and there is plenty of parking. You can walk or take a golf cart to the marina, community pool, birding center and marina. For $175 per day, add a 6-seater golf cart. It's already at your house and ready to go!

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

-We use disinfecting agents that meet or exceed the CDC performance standards.

-All properties are equipped with bath towels and washcloths to ensure maximum occupancy. There is also one hand towel per bathroom.

These complimentary amenities are offered in the property as an added convenience until you can shop: hand/bath soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. One paper towel, two paper towels, one dishwasher pod, two trash bags, one make-up wipe, and one toilet paper roll.

We inspect every property to ensure it is ready for your family's arrival.
