Property Description

Wave On Wave is a condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms that sleeps six. It is convenient to town and only half a mile from the beach. It is a great location for souvenir/grocery shop and local restaurants within walking range. The cozy, newly renovated space features plenty of seating in both the living room and kitchen. The condo's living room and second bedroom have smart TVs with Wi-Fi. Wave On Wave Condo invites you to relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on the patio overlooking the community pond and shared pool. Pets are permitted with a fee. The kitchens are equipped with all the basic cooking equipment (dishes and silverware, large appliances, microwave, and coffee maker). For safety reasons, food products such as spices and seasoning are not provided. All properties come with one set of sheets for all bed types. The number of bedrooms in a house is determined by the number of bath towels needed. Beach towels are not provided by us. We will provide a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. We also provide a starter set including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make up remover wipes, and bath soap. Any additional needs will be borne by the guest. You should bring beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet papers, facial tissue, and paper towels), extra pillows if your preference is for more than one pillow, spices/seasonings, extra trash bags and sun tan lotion/sunblock.
