Welcome to Knot at Work, a brand new, custom-built coastal retreat designed for total relaxation and easy beach living. This stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and enjoy the best of Port Aransas.<br />
Start your mornings with coffee on the deck as the sun rises, then spend your afternoons cooling off in your private pool or cruising the island in the included 6-seater golf cart. The community boardwalk provides easy access to the beach, and you are just a short ride from local dining, shopping, and all the coastal charm Port A is known for.<br />
With ocean views, stylish finishes, and a layout built for comfort, Knot at Work invites you to slow down, breathe deep, and settle into the vacation you deserve.<br />

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING<br />

A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.<br />
A copy of your driver&#39;s license is required to receive check-in instructions.<br />
Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.<br />

GOLF CART INFORMATION<br />
<br />
Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. For example, if you make a reservation for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day. Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. After your booking is confirmed, they will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.<br />

POOL INFORMATION<br />

The pool cannot be heated.<br />
The pool is serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday, and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because this home is right next to the dunes, you may see some sand at the bottom of the pool.<br />
This home is located in a developing community and there may be construction nearby.<br />

As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more. Simply select the gear you want at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. A small delivery fee may apply.<br />

A two-night minimum stay is required.<br />
Due to minimal parking, there are no trailers of any kind allowed in the neighborhood.<br />
Check in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee.<br />
Starter set is for 1 night only and we will not resupply the home.<br />
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can&rsquo;t guarantee that you won&rsquo;t hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.<br />
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.<br />
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.<br />

CLEANING AND INSPECTION<br />

We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.<br />
Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.<br />
We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family&#39;s arrival.<br />
