The kitchen and den are spacious and bright, and the decor is well-appointed. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, as well as a full bathroom with double vanities. The two guest rooms - one with Queen bed, and the other with Twin beds – are also spacious and comfortable. This property is also equipped with a patio, screened-in porch, fenced-in backyard and a super-nice firepit! Just off Demere Road, you will find yourself conveniently located between the Coast Guard Station Beach Access area and the Pier/Village Area. Sea La Vie is located at 606 Shore Edge Drive, on the beautiful St. Simons Island. CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am * The number of guests at this property is limited to six occupants. This property allows dogs for an additional charge. • Parking is available for 3 vehicles. Please do not attempt to use the fireplace. Please do not try to use. * 5 minutes from the Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access and 6 minutes from the Pier/Village All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25. •Available as Long and Short Term Rental. great house - We rent a house every Christmas and this one was, by far, the most equipped for cooking. The house was clean and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property and are looking forward to staying here again next year. When in SSI we always enjoy eating at The Half Shell. Good food and a friendly staff. This year we tried the new brewery in town, Barrier Island Brewing. Loved the unique decor and the food and drinks were delicious.
